We’re proud to announce the delivery of a specialised beam formwork system to Poland — our 44th active country.

This was not standard order delivery Dema, working closely with our client, developed a fully integrated precast production system, engineered to improve cycle times, efficiency, and output quality, drawing upon our experience as a global provider of automation optimized precast concrete substation solutions and applying to precast beam formwork manufacture optimization.

Integrated steam curing system across the full length
Insulated formwork casing, directing heat efficiently into the concrete
Full-length hydraulic opening and closing system
Pre-stressed structure, with stressed end and mid plates for prestressed beam production
Adjustable system, producing varying beam lengths and beam heights from 600 mm to 1100 mm
Synchronized adjustable pre-stressing table, aligned with section changes
